Dr. Leslie Kasanoff is a Health Coach & Consultant, having spent her life in healthcare, including 25 years as a holistic chiropractor on the Central Coast of California and 10 years before that as a Medical Laboratory Scientist. Recently, she’s combined her “science geek” side and the alternative care practitioner to help women through health coaching and consulting. She works with women who want to lose weight, address hormone issues, and resolve or reverse chronic health issues, not just treat them, using food and lifestyle as medicine.
The things that make her successful with this new endeavor are being what she calls an ‘idealistic skeptic,’ having a science mind but a caring heart and a passion for helping people with simple effective tools. This gives her the willingness to dive deep and uncover what works.

At 53, Leanne started blogging about authenticity, positivity, simplicity, gratitude, and finding our voice again in Midlife. Then life took a radical turn when, at 57, she resigned from a toxic workplace, and decided to leave the 9-5 behind and embrace early retirement. Her blog was the perfect place to work through the transition from long term employment to being at home full-time. She advocates for an “Unbusy” retirement – one that is all about “being” rather than constantly “doing” – and finding joy in the flexibility and freedom of living life on our own terms.

Bob started working on computers in 1973, when a computer took up walls of space, and he’s been at the forefront of everything corporations (and all of us) take for granted today: hardware, software, networking, internet.
After a career in corporate tech support, first traveling around with a big toolkit fixing almost anything and everything and then as a tech trainer, in 1998 Bob decided to start his own company. He offered local consulting, keeping company computers running, working on servers and software, and web hosting.
More recently, he was part of a beta team testing a membership SAAS, and offered training to his followers.
Needless to say, he’s more than qualified to talk about computer security, password management, computer backups and cloud storage!

She now uses them to support boomers and seniors in having fun while learning how to thrive in the age of technology.
Many people, when looking at their computers, smart phones, or tablets, feel overwhelmed and out-of-touch about how to navigate in what feels like “foreign” territory and the need to learn a whole new language. Her goal is that boomers and seniors also find the path of technology to be an easy and exciting journey…that they never need to feel isolated.

Learn how to handle what might be the most important conversation of your life in this episode with Michelle, mother of a trans daughter, who knew more about the situation than most of us and helped her withdrawing child become the radiant, vibrant daughter she is today.
Whether the actual conversation includes you, or you just aren’t sure what’s going on as more and more people speak out about their gender identity, Michelle breaks it down and helps us understand how to be and what to say when transitioning touches our life.
Phyllis’ first word was why. This simple word has led her into various fields of inquiry and years of study. Metaphysics led to Western Astrology, which led to Psychology and a Master’s degree (1986) in Human Relations. (Working with community counselling and psychiatry (Schizophrenia)). These paths prepared her for an introduction to Jyotish (Eastern or Vedic Astrology) and that led to the Veda of India. The Veda led her to world history, physics and back to her original question: why do we act the way we do.
Michelle is a Gen-X-er who had a great career but, after the birth of twins, she decided to be a stay-at-home mom. Might sound familiar? So many of us can identify with all the stages of personal reflection and evaluation that mothers go through – seems to be a generational constant?
